Regal Princess Baltic Cruise - Chocolate!

Flashback to our first sea day of the cruise as I'm reminded that I completely forgot to include us attending the Norman Love Chocolate Journeys Demonstration. I didn't get to eat any of the multiple samples since getting in the middle of the reaction to free chocolate treats (regardless of how the same stuff was available for free throughout the ship's eateries at any time) was more treacherous than running with the bulls!

This like a few of the more popular game shows and all the port talks, was filmed and broadcast for passengers to watch whenever they wanted on their cabin TVs. They always gave the same instructions about leaving out of the far exits so you don't pass in front of the cameras on the floor and most especially not to do anything you don't want caught on camera.

Here is Deputy Cruise Director Marcus introducing the pastry chef and his assistant:

That eagle on the corner of the table is made out of chocolate.

Nice try with the disguise Marcus but we caught you sneaking a sample during the demonstration!

A double boiler method was used to melt the chocolate needed to roll the freshly made truffles.
