Prince S is living a charmed life

Time to embark on another cruise tale and Prince S is ready to pack our medallion sports bands! We've used these on two cruises now and I find that I like them better than the included lanyard or the clip. The band does slide around a bit on my slim wrists but I love the convenience of holding up my wrist to tap at my door or the gangway versus fishing for a keycard out of my bag.

Prince S would also like to show off the new wristwear he had me spend $25 onboard to buy. I tried to tell him that the charm bracelet would be like a hula hoop on him but he was determined to get his own mini me charm. These charms are listed as a daily window of time to pick them up from the shop. At the first visit I picked up the free bracelet and then paid $10 for the starter pack of five charms during the first time slot. The starter pack has the Medallion charm, the flip flop, the Love Boat life preserver with anchor, the sunglasses, and the palm tree circle. By the second or third day, the shop was displaying all of the charms and letting you buy them all at once. The individual charms after that starter pack cost $5 each. Those include the heart shaped palm trees, the Princess logo, and the suitcase that says I Heart Princess. I picked up the free Stanley Bear shaped charm during one of the last days.

The "stopper" ball on the left side of this bracelet comes unscrewed in order to slide the charms on.

Honestly, I think he really wanted this bracelet so he could have a gift for a certain someone.

Prince S showed the big guy his new charm bracelet and got the thumbs up sign of approval!

Afterwards we celebrated with sampling many of the Premium Desserts at the Gelato counter. I think I'll have two grumpy guys later this year when they learn that these desserts are no longer included in the Premier Rate.

Prince S would also like to show everyone the cruise duck he found in the elevator. I also helped him find a tiny duck in the Alfredo's sign since he was a little too short to spot that one. We gave that one away to another cruiser. One day we returned back to the cabin and found two small chickens sitting with this cruise duck I'd left on the table. Never found out who delivered them so here's a thank you mystery chicken dropper, whomever you are! I rehid the bigger duck to continue the fun for the next cruiser to find. The smaller green duck was found another day in another elevator. I told Prince S he could keep that one since it fit better in the luggage.
